We are a team of scientists and engineers based in London and Oxfordshire. Our team spans a variety of backgrounds, from machine learning and physics, to technology and strategy consulting. We are united by a shared purpose to vastly improve design and engineering where it matters most and is committed to the creed of continuous improvement: we believe strongly that there is always a better way.
We are growing rapidly and recruiting key roles across engineering, machine learning and operations. If the opportunity to make a difference that matters excites you, we’d love to hear from you (even if you don’t think you tick all the boxes for a posted role).

Our London headquarter is located in Shoreditch, an especially vibrant part of the city teeming with great restaurants, cafes, and pubs, and the beating heart of East London Tech City, London’s tech ecosystem. Our Oxfordshire offices are part of Bicester Heritage, a converted air base near Oxford that houses a diverse ecosystem of physical engineering companies and serves as the main hub for historic motoring in the United Kingdom. Both our offices have free snacks, places to relax and have a friendly chat, and are of course dog-friendly.
We value diversity and are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of gender identity, race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, disability, or age. We strongly encourage individuals from groups traditionally underrepresented in tech to apply.
We are passionate about reducing structural barriers to social mobility and ensuring fairer access to opportunity. We are therefore partnering with the Galilee Foundation to provide university scholarships in Mathematics and Computer Science to bright young women from disadvantaged backgrounds.
We operate at the intersection of data science, physics and engineering. Our roles span across these functions and we encourage applicants with specific subject matter expertise as well as broader cross-functional backgrounds to apply.
